Create Open Days for short courses - similar to Close Days

My short courses are linked to our website. There is a function that you can close the Short Courses, which removes the live status of the courses that we offer on our website through aX, which set to 1-2 weeks before the classes start.

Interestingly there is no function to "open" the classes. Say I want to create 12 months worth of classes and set a date for these classes to open through out the year ie a specific date each term. This would be an amazing timesaver.
