Update Trainer in the Assessments Results window

Be able to update the Trainer field in the 'Enter Assessment Results' pop up window without having to add the 'Assessed date'. This will assist admin when assigning an assessor to a submission. As we assign assessors on submission of an assessment, this would assist.
