Finance History Log

It would be great if there was a history log of any changes made to a finance record such an invoice or credit note.  

XERO has a similar ability and will record any history entries such as:
- emailing invoices 
- possessing or linking a payment 
- any edits or changes made to an invoice

This is really helpful when keeping track of financial records and knowing who has made any changes and also when they were made.
