Allow the ability to CC any contact with Templates and Merge Docs, rather than just Users
We have many employers and teachers who are confused when they receive an email template that was sent to a student. Currently we have to create employers/teachers as users and connect them via the supervisor field on a student.
We need the ability to 'CC' any contact or enter an open email address when communicating with our students. This is especially important for Employers who have school based trainees and VET Teachers who have allowed the students to drop subjects to do a funded course.

This would be very good because if we want to send a JA a copy of s students confirmation we need to either change the email address in the system or save a copy of the email sent, create a new email and then attach the document. This feature would be very helpful for us to increase effective communication with our business partners.

I also agree this feature would be extremely beneficial. Sometimes we need to CC other contacts that are not users such as Next of Kins, etc. Having the ability to 'CC' anyone and having this as an open email address when communicating through templates would be extremely useful for us.
