Suspending Payment Plans

It would be great to be able to suspend all pending payment plan payments. At the moment, if a student suspends their payment plan, we either have to remove the payment plan from the enrolment, or set the PP dates at a later point, which is asking for trouble. Being able to suspend a payment plan without removing it from an enrolment completely would be great.
