Portfolio checklists - required documents
You can currently add a portfolio item for a contact without uploading any evidence. If this happens to an item related to a checklist, the item is marked with a tick in the checklist. This is a problem for us trying to ensure that evidence required for specific funding arrangements has been provided. It means that we can't rely on the tick in the checklist to identify that the evidence had been uploaded.
I have a few suggestions:
- Make all portfolio types require a document to be uploaded
- Make uploading a document a requirement for all portfolio types associated with a checklist
- Provide an optional check for each portfolio type that allows us to specify which items requiring a document to be uploaded
