Mark Attendance for a workshop at the same time as Bulk Result Outcomes

It would be very helpful that as we confirm units of competency through bulk outcomes (on a workshop) this also marks attendance or provides an option to also confirm attendance. 

At the moment to achieve this there are multiple steps.
