Creating automated follow up tasks from the Contact Note and allowing customisation of the follow up task prior to submitting it.
I have a couple of suggestions.
If I create a note in a profile with a specific Note Type, that Note Type could trigger a customised follow up task to be automatically placed in the tasks.
Or another alternative, could be:
Note = TAEASS403 Competent
Note Type = Academic - Competent
Add a follow up task - a drop down list of previously customised follow up tasks could appear. I could simply choose the required follow up task.
Or another alternative is:
Add a follow up task - the current fields would appear along with the Task name. This would allow me to update the follow up task to a customised name and would save me having to scroll up to the tasks and edit it.
This would save users having to do that extra step.
