Y axis on charts - add 'Organisation' Field

We would like to be able to track how many progressions of Units of Competency are achieved by each of our 'Organisations' within a given timeframe and have it displayable as a chart (probably as a dashboard item).

At the moment it can't be done, but we would really benefit in terms of tracking progression here if we could add this.
