Record that a contact or workshop note has been emailed and to whom
When emailing a contact note, the contact profile you sent the note FROM does not record that it was emailed or who TO.
To check if a note was emailed, you have to guess who it was emailed to and then check their profile. It makes a lot more sense for this to be recorded on the note that was sent in the contact profile, so you can immediately see that the note was emailed and to whom.
Workshop notes and financial notes can also be emailed, but also aren''t recorded - if they could be recorded in the Workshop log, this would solve the same issue with these notes.
A subject line in Workshop notes would also be very useful.

If I could vote for this twice then I would! Especially the record of course notes being emailed.
Not having any record of emails being sent is a risk, especially when they are being sent from a generic work email address. Say for example someone sent an unprofessional email, we would have no way of knowing about it (unless the receiver notified us) and we would still have no way of knowing who sent the email.
I cant imagine we would ever have this issue as we are a small organisation and few staff members have permission to create/email course notes but I suspect this could be an issue for larger organisations.
