Select default resources/forms to be sent with templates

It would be good if you had the ability to select default resources/forms to be send with templates. 

Currently you can select from a list of resources which is great but it would be even better if you could select defaults documents to be attached automatically.

  To make this work for us we currently add the URL link for the resource from the resources library in to our templates so people can click on the links to access the documents, perhaps that could assist you.

  If you use force latest version it will also mean when the resource is updated in the library that the link goes to the new resource.

  Thanks for this suggestion Philippa, we are going to start using the hyperlinks in our templates in the future.

  Re Philippa's suggestion, presumably this means either:

  • the recipient of the template email would have to be logged in to aXcelerate to view the item; or
  • the resource would have to be set as viewable by public

  Neither of those options would work for the majority of the templates we currently use, so I'm keen on Tahni's original suggestion of having a way of being able to nominate default resources that are to be sent with a particular template, which would be set in the Template Builder.
