Class dates schedules

We have a high number of individual (rolling) enrolments.  We have template classes set up based on delivery dates that we duplicate for each enrolment and dates are then automated based on the commencement.

Part of our year end process for all of the continuing students is to extend the dates to factor in 3 week Christmas shutdown.  (Done very easily using the Dates offset function.

However, what would be really useful is if a pop up or another option which allows us to say Exclude this date period so that at point of enrolment the scheduled start and end dates of units automatically allow for the break.  

Imagine this would be useful for other RTO's as well.
