Ability for Trainers to Log Improvement Ideas for Curriculum

I would like for our trainers to have the ability to log a quality task (or similar) for any issues or ideas for improvement they find with our training resources.

I would like for all trainers to be able to add and view the log, with the ability for them to see when tasks have been closed or actioned.
