System Settings for time recording in Contact Notes

Could an automatic update to commence and remove daylight savings time be implemented.

This would avoid overlooking changing the system time ensuring that Contact Notes are recorded at the actual time made rather than being out by 1hr in daylight savings time (if time hasn't been amended).
