Search and New contact data entry

When you Search for a Contact and they are not in the system, it would be helpful to have a tab to give the user an option to Add As a New Contact which would take you to the Add New Contact screen and automatically populate the name you have already entered.

Would save a lot of frustration doing double entries!

  This would be very good.

  Also being able to merge duplicate records from the search contact page rather than having to re-search for them in the merge duplicates page.
