Adding reporting capabilities on opportunities and follow ups

We would like to be able to export all the fields for opportunities so we can better manage them.

Also, if possible, the ability to customise what you want to see on the summary screen. For example, we would like the workshop type field to show on the summary screen. If this wasn't possible, at least the better reporting functionality could help.

It's also the same request as above for follow-ups.
