International Postcode recording for AVETMISSS requirements

Hi Guys 

There has to be a better way of removing international postcodes and replacing this with OSPC  in the students address section so that errors wont occur for data validation.

Being told to record the international postcodes of an internal register is not a suitable option when using an AVEMTISS compliant system.
