Confirmation when deleting - various occasions such as deleting a workshop venue or booked assets

There are a few times when I have accidentally deleted something when going to edit it and I haven't received any warning or request for confirmation. This then results in the person not knowing what they have deleted and being unsure of how to fix it. It would be great to have a warning or a confirmation that pops ups when going to delete certain things. 

These are some of the examples I have come across so far:

- Deleting a venue for a course/workshop - the edit button is right next to the delete button and there is no warning. Once the venue is deleted there is no way of seeing what it previously was. Even when you go into the course/workshop log it only tells you that the venue was deleted but not what the venue was or any equipment needed. 

- Booked Assets - Same again, these can be deleted by accident and there is no warning or confirmation and no way of checking to see what was deleted to ensure that it is re-entered correctly. This could be a real issue for us if say some equipment was booked out for maintenance and it is accidentally deleted and resulted in a double booking. 

- Drag and drop events and workshops in the calendar - Although it is not a deletion, it is still very easy to accidentally move a workshop or event from in the calendar. Would be good to get a similar warning or confirmation. 

This is all that I can think of at this current time but if I notice any others I will add them to the comments below.
