USI Verfication Date

Once a USI is verified a green tick appears on a student's profile.

is it possible for axcellerate to automatically add the date and possibly the time the USI number was verified next to or below this green tick. 

If the student was to change details on their USI account and we were not notified we would not be able to tell what date the USI was originally verified.
