Assigning Multiple Trainers to Classes

I would like the option to add multiple trainers to a class so that all involved n that classes can update competency records etc.

Often we have multiple trainers delivering a course (job share/team teaching/ part time trainers/ multiple teacher delivery).

If you aren't using the timetable feature the only way to do this currently is on a student by student basis and the administrative workload is not tenable.

    Hi All

    In case you missed it, we released the ability to set alternate trainers against Classes last week! This will allow more than one trainer to see each Class under the "My Classes" tab in the Trainer Portal.

    Thank you for your input to the Ideas Forum.

    We have assigned your suggestion to our product roadmap. Our team will now evaluate and plan how we can incorporate this into the aXcelerate system. Hopefully, we can have this in a release this quarter.

    We definitely need this function and are struggling with one trainer because some of our classes have multiple trainers.

    Is there any update on this? It looks like it was being added to development cycle a year ago.

    Yes, we are still committed to implementing this feature request, however, we have not yet commenced the work due to other competing priorities.

    Would love this feature to be in use ASAP. We have multiple trainers training our students. When they need to do bulk communication we have to update the trainer and owner at a class level for them to see the class and be able to send bulk communication at a class level.
