It would be great if there could be an additional status created for the workshop status that we could manually update when the course is completed. Currently we finalise paperwork, ensure client invoicing has been completed etc. post course. It would be great if at this stage we could change the status from 'active' to 'completed'

  Hi Helen,
  
  We recently released updates to the Workshop Statuses, which now allow you to set Predefined Status on Workshops. These updates will be reflected in various areas, including the Workshops Search and Reports.
  
  This will now include the option to set a Completed status once you have completed everything related to that Workshop.

  This is my question also. Updating short course status to Completed.

  This would be such a time saving feature! Curious as to how you currently manage courses without having a completed or closed option?
