calendar improvements

I might be wrong but in my tests and searches I was unable to see the following features that I would suggest adding to the calendar.

Hyperlink to the contact record of all invited guests
An automatic note that appears on the contact record page of all invited guests
Ability to change the Calendar Event Notification email that is sent to specified guests/users.

Totally agree we are looking at utilising the calendar more and have the exact same issues

We are also wondering if the Learner Activities that are added to each individual student can be viewed on their calendar not just on the General one that our staff can see.

It would be nice to see when the trainers have booked in sessions for the individuals not just viewing everyone's on the General calendar.

I have been looking through the templates and still can't see that we can update how the Calendar Event Notification looks when sent to the invited users. It would be great if we could change this email also to suit our branding as it is quite plain at the moment and could get missed.
