Description column for templates

I would like to see a description column available for templates. The name of each template is currently the default subject line when they're sent via email so we use a generic naming convention for our templates that assists the axcelerate user in identifying the type of document but is also suitable as a subject line for the recipient.

Finding a middle ground here isn't always easy or good. Perhaps a better alternative, if possible, would be a description field that is viewable to the axcelerate user upon template selection but not to the recipient.

A last updated date field would also be handy.

agree - it could just be an additional field titled email subject line (or similar) that defaults to the template name if no other title is selected

Agree, we would really like a similar feature so we can follow a naming protocol to manage our many templates.

Could another field be added:-

Template name: xyz (viewed by aXcelerate user)

Subject line: abc (appears in email as subject line)

Agreed with above, especially the last updated, or ideally an edit log/revision history for templates.
