Adding 'Upload' files to Class Matrix for recordkeeping and audit

Adding new button 'upload' files to Class Matrix. 

Why? 

We can upload any documents to specific classes for recordkeeping and audit, such as:

- lesson plans

- activities 

- Observation / marking notes by teachers

Also great for backup.
