Add Sales Representative Field to Templates

We would love it if there would be a Sales Representative field in Templates. 

Currently, there is only the option to include who "Set Up" the Workshop not who the Sales Rep is for the Workshop. This doesn't work for us at the moment as we have admin staff setting up workshops on behalf of a sales representative. 

For example, we would love the following:

[Workshop Sales Rep Full Name]
PH: [Workshop Sales Rep Work Phone]
E: [Workshop Sales Rep Email]

It would be very helpful to be able to customise an email to a client by including the Sales Representative's name and contact details that were assigned to the course.
