It would be great if there was a contact for issues that occur out of business hours. We train 7 days a week and need to access our calendar from 5am until some nights up to 9pm at night. When there are technical issues, having to wait for office hours and then the wait time for a ticket to be actioned.

Hi Bernadette,
Our office hours as 8:30a - 5:00p AEST. We do have a number for incidents outside of these hours, but this is only for urgent issues such as the platform being completely offline. For other issues you are able to submit a ticket outside of hours that we will respond to inline with business hours.
