Learning plan and Content API Endpoints

It would be ideal to be able to manipulate Content, learning plans, assessments via the API endpoints.

Being able to perform the basic CRUD operations would be great.

Being able to process, in particular anything created with the tinyMCE content editor would be excellent.

This would enable via the API to:

* Automatically QA and confirm content built is in line with storyboards/documentation

* Update multiple items from a singular source document

* Export content and transform it into a format suitable for the business processes.

* Import content built in word documents (or other LMS') and transform them into Ax suitable content.
