Learning Help Requests customisation
I recall when help requests were released, there was discussion about further customisation.
It would be great if we could customise categories beyond the standard Assessment, Enrolment etc, and for us to be able to set different recipients depending on the selected categories.
For example, General or Enrolment categories could by default go to admin, Assessment queries go to an assessor (or even better the assessor linked to the assessment attempt) and a custom category such as extension request could go to the training manager.

I think as it works now, if a student opens a help request for an assessment, they get a "send to trainer" dropdown with trainers listed by short courses or courses. Students just submit the help request and it's allocated to whatever random trainer is already showing in the dropdown. Then a trainer looks at the help request and they're confused because they're receiving a help request for Assignment A when they only mark Assignment B, for instance.
It's frustrating and confusing for the trainer and the student gets delayed help while they sort out who the request is actually for.
It would be great if the help request pulled the trainer name from the online assessment instance and automatically sends it to that trainer.
