Workflow - Workshop Statuses as condition option

In the release 27/11/24 it included a dedicated status field for workshops that includes 5 options of tentative, incomplete, active, completed and cancelled. As part of the continuation of the release of the workshop status, can this be added to the automated task workflows for workshops as a workflow condition to include or exclude the 5 options of the workshop status.

  We use the workshop workflow to send the learner notification of training, reminders and post course survey etc however there are times the workflow will run but we haven't got all the details finalised for the content. In this case we could use the status of the workshop to include or exclude.

  Hey Helen - great idea! We would also like to add an option in the workflow to trigger if the workshop dates are changed. This would help us notify staff of reporting requirements to regulatory bodies when cancelling or rescheduling workshops
