Updating Trainer Evidence - Show on Dashboard to Review

When a Trainer updates their expired evidence, it would be great if it also appears in the Review Evidence for Trainer Competencies, even if the documentation isn’t linked to a specific unit.

I think it’s a fantastic feature for Trainers to be able to upload and view their Trainer File documentation, but we require Trainers to upload select documents annually (e.g. Skills Matrix, PD Plan & Log, etc.). At the moment, we have these filed under Other in their Portfolios, but, this does not provide Administrators with an alert when a Trainer re-uploads their updated documentation. We only get an alert when it is a new document.
