Client Portal Improvements

It would be good if in the Client portal we could have the following:

Announcements for Clients

It would be beneficial to have an announcement feature in the client portal, allowing marketing promotions or course updates to be shared with all clients or targeted groups.

Purchase Order Number for All Bookings

Currently, the Purchase Order (PO) number is only visible for bookings that include payments. Expanding this feature to show PO numbers for all bookings would be helpful for clients who have open PO’s.

Duplicate Contact Detection

When a client attempts adds a contact already present in the system, a message should notify them, guiding them to contact the Registered Training Organization (RTO) for further assistance to prevent duplicates in the system.
