    Hi Brooke, when you deactivate a user do you get the following pop up? This is how we bulk transfer.

    I believe it would also be beneficial in the instance where we have staff movements, e.g. we have recently had a scenario where a team member has been allocated to a different department, so we don't want to deactivate her user account but we want to reallocate their tasks to another user.

    This feature however is not available against other user roles only 'Administration'. aXcelerate, can this feature of reallocating tasks when an administration user role si deactivated be replicated against all user roles. We assign user tasks / follow up tasks to trainers and anticipate also doing this to a sale rep role as well.

    Thanks Bekky.  I will look into this next time we need to bulk transfer and we are deactivating a user.
