Trainer / Admin Signatures for Marking Assessments

Similarly to how Adobe is setup (as an example), it would be fantastic if we could upload a 'default' signature to a user-record to use for marking/finalising assessments.

This way Trainers can have the option to either 'Use Default Signature' or draw it as they are doing now.
