    Hi Andrew,

This is not currently possible as agreements are directly tied to the contact/person that is signing them.

If we look at additionally linking agreements to other entities in aXcelerate, do you have other entities you would want to create this link for?

I think I'm envisioning this as a sort of "copy to" function where you could select a contact to copy the finalised agreement to as a contact note or similar.

    Thanks,
    Jack

I think this is a great idea! We have similar scenarios where we have organisation agreements that we are currently getting signed manually and uploading to the organisation as we want the organisation card to be the record keep of the agreements, but currently without double handling (of saving/downloading agreement as PDF, and then uploading and saving to organisation card notes) we can't generate agreements within aXcelerate.

@ Jack Christensen - Maybe this could be included as part of the review alongside the existing 'Portfolio added to Organisations' and/or 'Upload documents to an Organisation' Ideas Forum requests, in that if an agreement is sent to the organisation contact, it could then be saved by the system automatically into the document storage function (Ideas form requests mentioned above).

This way, the agreement can still be managed by the organisation representative and become a visible document that can be maintained if the contact leaves the organisation and is replaced by another contact etc.

Robbie, your further suggestion is great, aligns with how we would like the system to perform. Further it would be great if you can not only link organization's but also students / contacts, as we have scenarios where a student is at school, only a parent is required to sign a form.
