    Hey Andrew,

It does sound like Agreements may get you some of the way there for what you need.

We have an upcoming feature that was announced at aXcelerate day called Learner Enrollments which allows a configurable form to be added to a course in the Learner Portal that the Learner is required to finalise before starting their learning. These forms would be configurable for any amount of information within aXcelerate (including AVETMISS fields).

We also have a potential improvement in our backlog for Agreements to take the current fields that can have the signee input information and potentially pull that through to System fields.

If you want some more information about what is possible with Agreements and how it may suit, Support would be happy to assist.

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Hi Andrew,

I may be misunderstanding your requirements, but for your first three dot points, have you investigated to see if the Agreements module would meet your needs.

Once these are complete/signed off, these are filed against the primary contacts portfolio within aXcelerate.

The last one can be done through the student portal if they have access to it.

I don't work for aXc, but happy to answer any other questions you may have.

    Hi Tom,

Really appreciate your thought on this! Very rarely hear from Axcelerate on here, so it's nice to have some active conversation :)

We haven't looked heavily into agreements, but I could see where we might be able to hack something together - we'll have a look into this. Our biggest hurdle is that students are often under 18 and we need to have parent input on these forms. From what I understand, we'd also need to issue these agreements to the student in need, rather than having a 'form' easily accessible.

Most of our internal forms (equipment borrowing, withdrawals etc. )are student initiated, so agreements may not work quite so well in this instance.
