Announcements attached to all intake enrolments despite status

If I transfer a student out of an intake, they still have the announcements from their previous intake displaying in their learner portal, because technically they still have an intake enrolment in the previous intake. (Even though that intake enrolment is Cancelled > Transferred.)

This is suboptimal because it clutters their announcements area with posts that are no longer valid for them, but are still active for the intake they've transferred out of.

Proposed: Announcements should be set up so that they only display for intake enrolments that have a status of "In Progress."
