Disable being to "duplicate workshops"

It would be great if in the user permissions, there was a option specifically for people to either have/not have the ability to duplicate workshops. We want people to stop being able to accidentally duplicate a workshop.

Our staff are required to update workshops however often accidentally duplicate workshops (with outdate settings).
