Trainer Access to Access/Review their Evidence Log

At present, trainers can only review/access their evidence log if they have 'Trainer Management' access. However, this setup isn't ideal because it grants them the ability to review and approve evidence from other trainers. 

To enhance privacy and streamline the process, it would be beneficial to add a permission in the User Settings for trainers to access/review their own evidence without giving them Management access.
