I wanted to share an idea that could add value to our company. I suggest introducing a feedback pop-up for students when they download their course certificates. This pop-up would prompt them to rate their experience and provide feedback, with the option to close it if they prefer not to participate.

Additionally, we could place a review link directly below the certificate download button as another way to encourage feedback.

I think this could provide us with valuable insights to help improve our services. I'm eager to hear your thoughts.
