Hello

If there could be a way students could complete a table, it would be good.  Specifically for checklists and when I student is completing a task where we (assessors) need them to explain/outline what they are doing at each stage of the task.

e.g Job Card for erect & dismantle scaffolding

Hazard    Control Measures

Required PPE:

Required Tools:

  Hi Maddie,

  If I understand correctly, the multi short answer question type should help serve your needs.

  In this question type, you can add multiple text boxes and check boxes, and these can be formatted within a table. This is what we currently use to mimic forms within our online assessments.
