    Hey All,

If we were going to add something like this would there be scenarios where you would want this sent to multiple contacts when finalised (such as the requester or a mentor/parent/organiser)? Are there scenarios where you would want a completed copy sent to a non-AXcelerate email?

    Thanks,
    Jack

Hello, to assist with this we have created a report that appears on our dashboard of agreements that were fully signed the previous day, our team know to review this on the dashboard and action accordingly.

    Hope this helps you.

But agree, if there was some sort of other notification that could appear as a live update that would be helpful. As the above is a warehouse report from the day prior.

100% agree a notification to the sender would be beneficial

    Hey everyone!

I use a bit of a "black magic" solution, but it does the job.

The key is to include a signature field for the Requester (custom recipient) that you hide. When admin send out an agreement, they simply put themselves as the requester and then sign. Their signature will not be visible on the agreement, but they will get the completion notification.

    Sample:

    Final document:

    I hope it helps :)

That is a brilliant workaround but surely aXcelerate can add something to the system so we don't have to go to this effort.

Hi Jack. Thanks for your comment. For me I don't have a need for the finalised agreement to be sent to other parties at this stage. The sender being notified when finalised is sufficient for me. But I think what you suggested is a good idea and may benefit other RTOs.
