Class rolls

aXcelerates explanation shows how difficult the system is and does not allow a simple attendance roll for a scheduled class to be recorded. 

As for CRICOS students, attendance is reflected against their student visa. 

Once a student is identified as 31 – International, either attendance is somehow reflected or when a class is set up all active students who are attached to a class should go onto a class roll for the trainer and admin to access. 

Student Management Systems (SMS) are to support the RTO in making the process cohesive. Other SMS, such as Oncourse, Wisenet, VETtrak can all do the class attendance in very simple steps. Class rolls can be printed, trainers mark attendance directly into the system. aXcelerate requires too many steps. Why would they need a workshop set up, just so attendance can be entered? Then you must do this for every unit. If other users have the same ongoing issue, please advise so we can all benefit.
