Student Activity - link organisation and other students

To reduce double handling, it would be really beneficial to have the ability to link organisations and other students when creating a Student Activity entry. Further to this the ability to then send a confirmation out to those linked contacts/organisations confirming the scheduling of the activity if applicable. We utilize this area to schedule / record workplace training visits and our enrolment inductions, often we have cases where trainers would attend a workplace and train/visit multiple students, and having to create these entries multiple times can be time consuming.
