Rename 'Print Certificates' to 'Issue Certificates'

There have been some changes to the workshop 'Certificates' menu and my old request to rename ‘Print Certificates’ to ‘Issue Certificates’ is even more relevant. We have many new, and even existing users, who go to ‘Print Certificates’ when they receive a request for a copy of a previously issued certificate. Seeing as our partners pay for each certificate issued this ends up charging them again and causing a host of headaches to rectify this and their finance account.

If you wanted to physically print the certificates you would need to do this from the new ‘Download Certificates’ menu item anyway. Combined with the fact that ‘Print Certificates’ takes you to a page titled ‘Issue Certificates' at the top, logically then the current ‘Print Certificates’ labelling is incorrect.

I’d love a user permission setting to block partner users from being able to issue duplicate certificates at all but hopefully the above suggestion is easier and can be actioned much more quickly.

  Hi Axcelerate, any updates on this one please??? It makes a lot of sense to have the system terminology correct here to avoid errors when issuing certificates.
