Contact Note templates

I know this has been raised before, as early as 2018 based on a quick search, but it would be extremely useful to have contact note templates native to the system for efficiencies in contact attempts, adding repetitive info that needs to be customised based on the learner (such as external assessment or RPL results, logging credit transfer verification etc).

  100% agree, we would really benefit from this as well. We have an external document for standard contact notes we frequently use that we copy and paste from.

  Hey Ehlana,

  I have installed a Google Chrome extension called Magical (https://www.getmagical.com/) and it is fantastic for what you are trying to achieve. For example, I have a template for a note about a farm visit. When I type -farmvisit anywhere in the browser (including the notes section), a little window pops up which prompts me to fill out certain bits and pieces and then inserts the formatted text:
