Multiple answers (multi choice) students unable to see right or wrong selections
It wouls be great if learners could be given direction on which of their selections were correct or incorrect and/or be given a score based on correct selections after their first submission. It seems to be all or nothing - give them all the answers after all attempts have been submitted or fly blind through the multi choice questions.
In our other LMS, the weighting can be given at the answer level. E.g. 4 x correct responses may have a weight of 25% each and the 2 x distractors are given a weight of 0% - so for 2 x correct responses the learner would be given a score of 0.5 for the question.
I beleive this is also how they limit the amount of selections a learner can make.

Absolutely agree - we are coming from another LMS with weighting and response feedback as well.
We've noted the following limitations when bringing our assessments across to aXcelerate:
Multiple Choice - can select one correct answer only.
We'd find it more versatile to be able to select more than one correct answer, when necessary.
e.g. In a question with options A, B, C and D, selecting either A or B would mark the question as correct.
Multiple Answers - all or nothing grading
We feel that grading is fairer if the student can receive partial marks for recognising some of the correct answers.
Example of current: In a question with options A, B, C and D, student has to selected A and B to be marked correct. Selecting only one would deem the whole question as incorrect.
With weighting: In a partial-marks-counted scenario, A and B could be assigned a weight of .5 of a point each, towards a total of 1 point possible for this question.
Flexibility in how feedback is given post-test is also helpful for the student's progression and learning - options for showing no score breakdown, incorrect answers only, or full answers, keeps those options open.
