Trainer competencies when bulk scheduling

Hey Team,

Would be great if aXcelerate had a feature (outside of the existing "Trainer Competencies"  system setting) to identify where a trainer has been scheduled for a course who does not have the relevant competencies.

Example:  Where we have used bulk duplication to schedule courses months in advance.  At the time of scheduling, the trainer had the relevant competencies, and so the system setting above allows the trainer to be scheduled.  However, at some point after scheduling and before the course runs, the trainer's competency lapses....

Currently, the system is only picking this up at the time of issuing the certificate where the certificate interface shows a flag about the trainer not having relevant competency.   This is quite reactive - would be good if there was a report or system flag which could pop up to notify an RTO where a trainer has been scheduled but does not have the relevant competency to deliver.
