Creating Custom Templates
This feature allows you to create custom templates quickly and efficiently, incorporating your brand's unique elements. This streamlined process ensures you can quickly generate new templates tailored to various needs within aXcelerate.

Getting There
- Navigate to the 'Courses' section and select 'Templates'.
- Click on the 'AI generate' option to start creating a new template.
- A window will pop up, prompting you to input details about your new template.
Filling Template Details
- Template Name: Assign a name to your template, such as 'Workshop Confirmation Email'.
- Type: Choose 'Standard Template' as the type.
- Brand Colours: Input your primary and additional brand colours. These colours can be used to maintain your brand's identity within the template.
- Template Content: Describe what the template will be used for, and what information it should contain.
- Business Contact Details: Add your business's contact details, and the AI will include them in the template.
- Additional Instructions: If there are any more specifics you'd like to add to the template, this is the place to do it, for example if you'd like to add an acknowledgement of country to the end of the email or specific formatting instructions.
- Template Generation: Click 'Generate' to submit your details. This sends your data to a third-party processor, which then populates the template using the provided information.
Reviewing the Final Template
It's crucial to review all fields and test the template by sending it to a test account. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to the aXcelerate support team for assistance.
