The minimum system requirements for using the aXcelerate system are outlined in this article.
Tip: Please ensure that the device that you're using to access the aXcelerate system matches these specifications.
Compatible browsers
aXcelerate works with the latest versions of:
- Chrome (recommended)
- Safari for Mac
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
aXcelerate is a modern web application that uses some of the newest capabilities of the HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript programming languages. Different browsers interpret these in different ways, which could potentially cause severe issues, such as data not saving, or data becoming corrupted and overwriting good data. We test and develop to the above compatible browsers, and whilst we do not block access to aXcelerate from incompatible browsers, we do not support any browsers not on the above list.
Note: If your organisation cannot meet these system requirements, please get in touch with us to discuss this further.
Mobile & Tablet App compatibility
aXcelerate's Android apps are compatible with the latest version of Android and have more information on device requirements in the Play Store.
aXcelerate's Apple apps have their minimum operating system listed within the App Store. The minimum is managed by Apple, not by aXcelerate. The minimum at time of writing is version 12.
