Once you have configured and run a report, you will be able to view, save, print, copy and export your data in various formats. This enables you to manage your account data to be compatible to your specific business requirements.
Export report results
After you have run your report, the results can be exported from aXcelerate. You are able to export these results in a PDF, Excel or CSV Format.
- Hover over the Export tab
- Click your desired format option
- Follow the prompts on your device for downloading a file
Note: If you are exporting from the Print Format view, this will export as a list without any groupings.
Save a report
Once you have run your report, you are able to save it to run again in the future. This would be particularly useful if this is a report that would be run in your system frequently.
- Click the Save button
- Enter a Saved Report Name
- Select if you wish to share this report Internally with other users in your organisation
- Click Submit
Tip: Saved reports can be sent via the Workflow Automation tool to users within your aXcelerate System.
Note: Sharing a report Internally will allow other users - with applicable roles and permissions - to view this report. By default, administrator type user roles will be able to view the saved report if they have the Saved Reports Master permission. The report will need to be shared with Trainers, Agents and Client users roles to be available in their respective portals.
Copy report results
Once you have run your report, you have the option to copy the results you are shown to your device clipboard. This would be useful when you need the data in a 'raw' .txt format.
- Click the Copy button
- Paste the report results from your clipboard into the desired location
Print report results
When you are reviewing your report data, you can print this directly from aXcelerate. This would be useful for an audit situation or other situations where you require the information in a paper-based format.
- Click the Print button
- Use your browser's print function to print the page
Tip: Most modern web browsers will allow you to print your screen by right-clicking and selecting "Print..."
View reports in the report queue
The Report Queue will include all reports that you have selected to export in a .csv file format using the Designer tab in the Report Builder. This will also allow you to see a history of all queued reports in your system.
The report queue is particularly useful when running large reports. If you attempt to run a large report using the report builder, this may time-out in your browser whereas the report queue will still run.
The report queue will show the name of the report, when the report was run and the status of the report.
The status column in the report queue will indicate when your report can be downloaded. The different statuses that can be shown are: Ready, No Results, Expired, and Failed.
Click the Download icon to download your report results.
Tip: A report in the queue with a failed status will show why it has failed under the tooltip.
Warning: The reports in the report queue are only available for download for 7 days after processing.

Why is my warehoused report only showing me data from yesterday?
The aXcelerate reporting engine will allow you to pull complex equations such as % and number calculations via a warehoused report. However, to allow the system to be able to crunch the numbers, the system needs to pull this data from a 'warehouse' meaning the data in a warehoused report will always pull from the night before.
